Pall Mall is a hospitality-inspired refurbishment of a Grade II -listed building for the Crown Estate, creating a series of characterful, healthy, and flexible workspaces in the heart of London's clubland
Threefold has completed the regeneration of a historic building on Pall Mall, providing high-quality workspaces across six floors, alongside an art gallery and a communal roof terrace.
The design celebrates the character of the original Grade II -listed building, with its ornate stone façade and fine plaster cornicing, through the introduction of new, meticulously-crafted joinery elements and a palette of natural materials. The workspaces encourage modern modes of working, incorporating open desking, collaboration areas, and a mixture of meeting room sizes and types.
Sustainability and reuse are at the core of the design, including energy-efficient building services, low-carbon material choices, and a bespoke partition wall system designed for disassembly and reuse.
