An inspirational new headquarters for Bathroom Brands and Crosswater, the design created 15,000 sqft of workspaces and recreational areas that have united the separate companies within a single space. Conceived as an inhabited bridge a multi-level structural timber intervention contains circulation, meeting and break-out spaces.
'The Bridge' is an architectonic device which provides circulation both horizontally and vertically between departments and floors at multiple locations creating a mid level connected to but separate from the workspaces. Acting as a catalyst for connection, 'The Bridge' links departments, teams and individuals and creates new kinds of work space for people to meet, relax and exchange ideas.
The Client moved into their new office in just 7 months after Threefold Architects started their design work on the project.
